Galina Kurdina, President and Founder of the Canadian Organization for Victims of Psychotronic Mind Control Weapons, and Melanie Vritschan, President and Founder of the International Coalition Against Electronic Torture and the Robotization of Living Beings speak about the new international organization they are jointly founding, along with other international human rights organizations in the USA, Russia, and elsewhere to expand on ICATOR's work with Universities to scan and support reporting victims of non-consensual covert implantation, garner scientific evidence of miscreant and criminal clandestine implantation by military/Intelligence/mercenary factions and thence provide the physical basis for taking these factions to court for their crimes.
