WHO ARE 144,000 ISRAELITES?


As we get closer to the Rapture and tribulation, it's time to re-examine the role of the 144,000 Jews mentioned in Revelation 7:1-8, and again, in Revelation 14:1-5.

First let me tell you who THEY AREN'T:

1. They are NOT Seventh Day Adventists.

2. They are NOT so-called Jehovah's Witnesses.

3. They are NOT any New Age sect.

The Bible makes it crystal clear that they are NATURAL ISRAELITES who receive Jesus as Savior and God.

They are from THE TRIBES OF Israel:

"From the tribe of Judah 12,000 were sealed,

from the tribe of Reuben 12,000,

from the tribe of Gad 12,000,

from the tribe of Asher 12,000,

from the tribe of Naphtali 12,000,

from the tribe of Manasseh 12,000,

from the tribe of Simeon 12,000,

from the tribe of Levi 12,000,

from the tribe of Issachar 12,000,

from the tribe of Zebulun 12,000,

from the tribe of Joseph 12,000,

from the tribe of Benjamin 12,000" (Revelation 7:1-8).

You can't possibly say it ANY CLEARER.

UNLESS one of the three LYING SECTS mentioned above can PROVE they are NATURAL descendants from one of these Israelite tribes, THEY DON'T QUALIFY.

All 3 of the above mentioned sects have stated that they are whole or in part of the 144,000.

They can say that THEY are the 144,000 ~ THEY ARE NOT, AND furthermore, they're CONTRADICTING GOD.

That means that THEY are LYING.

In addition to being from the 12 tribes, the 144,000 are:

1. ALL MALE VIRGINS (Revelation 14:4)

2. NO LIE was found in the mouths (Revelation 14:5).

Which mean they speak THE TRUTH (the TRUE Gospel of Jesus), which AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIES those three lying sects who preach a FALSE "gospel" and, thus, ARE ACCURSED (Galatians 1:8).

3. They are WITHOUT FAULT before the Throne of God (Revelation 14:5).

Since THE ONLY WAY to be "WITHOUT FAULT" before the Throne of God is to KNOW JESUS and be credited His Righteousness (Romans 3:10; 2 Corinthians 5:21), this automatically disqualifies ALL THREE OF THE LYING SECTS MENTIONED ABOVE WHO TRUST THEIR OWN "righteousness" (Isaiah 64:6).

4. They "follow the Lamb WHEREVER He goes" (Revelation 14:4).

5. They are "first fruits unto God and to the Lamb" (Revelation 14:4).

6. They are sealed unto the Lord either concurrent with or immediately after the Church is raptured (Revelation 7:1-8).

How, exactly, are THEY SEALED on their foreheads?

With the Spirit of God and the MIND OF CHRIST (1 Corinthians 2:15-16; 2 Corinthians 1:22; Ephesians 1:13;4:30).

Additionally, they MAY be the fulfillment of Ezekiel 9:4 where Jews in Jerusalem are sealed on their foreheads with the Hebrew letter tav which looks LIKE A CROSS.

What is the PURPOSE OF the 144,000 thousand, and HOW LONG do they stay on earth?

We know they remain AT THE VERY least during the first 5 months of tribulation while the fifth trumpet judgment and first "woe" is going on (Revelation 9:4-5).

The use of the word "first fruits" in Revelation 14:4 seems to indicate they are on earth for about THE FIRST YEAR OF the 3½-year tribulation.

Although the Bible does not say in so many words what their purpose is, it's reasonable to infer from the biblical text that at least PART of their purpose is to share the Gospel with fellow Israelites and encourage them to stand firm in the midst of coming trials.

It's significant that ONLY AFTER they are raptured into the heavenly realm, God sends AN ANGEL for the FIRST TIME EVER to preach the Gospel, which would indicate that, (except for the Two Witnesses), there are no humans available to preach it, either because they have been raptured, are hiding, or have been killed (Revelation 14:6).

The 144,000 natural Israelites are SUPERNATURALLY protected and emerge from the tribulation unscathed.

There's a special rapture for them from Mount Zion, Jerusalem, in Revelation 14:1 shortly after the reign of Antichrist begins.

This, if nothing else, PROVES that God hasn't lost track of the so-called "10 lost tribes".

He knows EXACTLY where they are, and where EACH MEMBER OF THOSE TRIBES IS.

They may be "lost" to the world.

NOTHING is lost to God, except those WHO CHOOSE TO BE.
